In response to the current COVID-19 outbreak and to help keep our communities safe, we have temporarily closed our Victoria & New South Wales stores until further notice.

Orders will be shipped air-freight via Startrack Express.

Please allow an additional 24 hours for order processing before shipment.

No delivery on weekends or holidays within each state.

Free returns every day.

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 45 days from purchase. Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them. New Balance reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom shoe orders.
