Australian Website means newbalance.com.au;
eGift, eGift Card or Gift Card means an Australian electronic gift card which is sent to You by New Balance via email within a reasonable time following a purchase;
New Balance Australia Customer Service Department means the Australia customer service department at

New Balance, we or Us means New Balance Australia Pty Ltd, including all participating New
Balance Australia stores, the New Balance Australia online store at the Australian Website and the
New Balance Australia Customer Service Department;
You or Your means a person who has purchased, activated, used or is a recipient of an eGift Card
These terms and conditions apply to all eGift Cards and You agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By purchasing, activating, using or being a recipient of an eGift Card, you warrant that you will comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and not use the eGift Card in any manner that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive or otherwise harmful to consumers
eGift Cards can only be purchased on the Australia Website or on through the New Balance
Australia Customer Service Department and are available in increments of AUD $25-$250.
eGift Cards include a personal message and are sent to the recipient's email address within a
reasonable time after the payment is processed.
eGift Cards purchases can be purchased alongside any other New Balance product, however, the
eGift Card is emailed directly to You post-purchase.
eGift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only on the Australian Website and in any participating
New Balance stores in Australia.
An eGift Card can only be used in the country of issue. For example, this eGift Card can only be
used on the Australian Website or in any participating New Balance store in Australia. It cannot be
used outside of Australia.
eGift Cards may be applied to orders placed online on the Australia Website, over the phone with
the New Balance Australia Customer Service Department or at any participating New Balance stores
in Australia
Simply enter the gift code during checkout or present the eGift Card to the store associate at a
participating New Balance store in Australia. If the amount of your eGift Card exceeds the order
total, the balance will remain active for later use. eGifts Cards do not expire.
Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and may not be
redeemed or exchanged for cash, except to the extent required by law, or other eGift Cards. If the
purchase total exceeds the eGift Card amount, the difference must be paid using a credit card or
other valid means.
eGift Cards should be treated like cash. They will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. New
Balance will not responsible if the eGift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. If
your eGift Card is damaged, please contact the New Balance Australia Customer Service
Department or visit any participating store in Australia. However, we have no obligation to replace or
refund value for lost or stolen eGift Cards except where we have breached any condition or implied
warranty under consumer protection law.
If your return an item purchased with an eGift Card, we will email you a new eGift valued at the
refund amount.
By redeeming an eGift Card you are agreed not to engage in any conduct which is fraudulent
including but not limited to on-selling goods to a third party for profit or mark-up
You are responsible for your eGift Card and are liable for all transactions made using your eGift
Card
If You breach these terms, New Balance has the rights to:
- 1) Immediately deactivate your eGift Card which has been purchased but not yet redeemed; or
- 2) Immediately forfeit any outstanding balance on an eGift Card.
You agree to indemnify New Balance for any claim, loss, damage or expense suffered in connection
with or arising from your use of a New Balance eGift Card or breach of any of these terms and
conditions
The above terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law in the country of issue.
If any part of these terms and conditions are held by any court to be illegal, void or unenforceable, that determination will not affect the enforceability of the remaining parts of these terms and conditions.
