To protect our customers, we verify all shipping and billing addresses with credit card companies when processing orders. If you are having merchandise delivered to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed for verification.

Choosing to pay with PayPal will transfer you to the PayPal payment page. PayPal securely processes payments for New Balance. Pay with PayPal in a couple clicks and you will return to New Balance upon payment completion. New Balance will send you an email confirming your purchase and PayPal will email you a receipt for the transaction once your payment is complete.

How does Klarna work? 

Klarna is a payment method that allows you to split your order total into 4 interest-free payments 

To complete your order with Klarna:  

1. Select Klarna as your payment method at checkout.  
2. Create a Klarna account or log in if you already have an account.  
3. Pay for your order over 4 installments to Klarna.  

You’ll pay for your order in four equal installments. Klarna will automatically collect your first payment when your order ships, and the remaining payments every two weeks.
