New Balance Foundation

Since 1981, our values have guided the New Balance Foundation’s mission to serve the most vulnerable populations and champion the future success of today’s youth. Our work with charitable organizations is focused on preventing childhood obesity, removing barriers to health, championing the success of young people, and advancing equity and access to sport and academics.

Corporate Charitable Contributions

Beyond New Balance Foundation’s programs, we provide significant monetary and in-kind donations to a wide range of organizations, and we actively encourage our associates to get involved in causes they are passionate about. New Balance also supports charitable and community-based organizations through corporate support, including sponsorships and product donations.

Associate Volunteerism

Dedicating time and talent to serve local communities is an important part of who we are and is central to our people-first culture. We offer company-sponsored projects in communities worldwide, encourage associates to lead their own volunteer activities with local organizations, and offer paid time off for volunteer activities.
