Retail Returns
For customers that had purchased in our New Balance stores and would like to organise a return, please contact our customer care team on (03) 9582 5582 and have your receipt ready with payment type details to issue your refund.

Online and Shipping
For purchases online, we do not expect significant online shipping delays however we ask for your patience while we work hard to ensure that you receive your merchandise as close to your estimated shipping window as possible. Our online store offers free shipping for orders over $100 and flexible 30-day free returns for orders within Australia.
